Rules and Tools to Determine God's Holy Days

God established the beginning of His Holy Memorial Convocations and Festivals (appointed times) by using the moon, specifically the sign of the new moon (i.e. conjunction). The words “new moon” and “month” have interchangeable meanings. A new moon is the starting reference point of the moon’s revolution around the earth in the presence of the sun.
